金属铝铸造生产线Line

Steel band winder Line

本设备是把多数的1排1线圈经过比对焊接再反卷2排1线圈的设备. 可以减少多数线圈的损失及交换线圈的作业

以一般使用的Press连结成一条线经过自动化工程实现连结作业的Press Line. 在独立的Control Panel上可以管理调设各个Press以及全部 Process. 在每Press的出口安装好Conveyor增加产品的取出便利

分给器

本设备Turbo Classifier是高性能, 高效率的分给器，利用粉体的离心力与空气的抗力分离粗粉与微粉. 本系统具备着In-Let Hopper & Feeder, Turbo分给本体, Cycle, Bag Filter, Orifice, Ring Blower等. 尤其在分给器上为了提高分级效率配上了外部分散系统(Air Purge System)与Channel Air.
